Hello to all out there.............. I have made a discovery that I think leads me to White Co. prior to 1808 when Warren Co was formed, then we pick up the trail there.............. Thank you for any help you can give me on any of these people............I am most interested in the Charles McCLAIN, Sr. & Jr...........I think this is my gggranddaddy and gggggranddaddy............I need proof.............I think these people left this area of Tennesse, went to Gallatin Co, Il around 1816/17 and then by 1823 they signed Petitions once again, this time for Weakley County, Tennessee.............thank you so much..........Always happy to share and explore............. I found in Ancestry.com that someone states that John McClain SHULTZ was born in Warren Co, Tn..........he would have been the son of John Rudicile SHULTZ and Susannah McCLAIN.......... I believe that before White and Warren Counties, Tn. these people lived in Adair County, Kentucky...........before that I have no clue......... I have listed all the surnames above in the subject line because they all lived together in Adair Co, Ky; possibly White and Warren Cos, Tn; Gallatin Co, IL, and Weakely County, Tennessee and in that order!!!!! These families inter-married, moved together and lived in the same areas............ Thank you..........pj WHITE CO, TN 15 April 1807.......Jurors named that are of interest to me.......
