There was a Cecil Robey that lived just East of the McConnell, TN (Obion County) community, back in the early/middle/late fifties. You might want to check the Obion County Census for more information. I do not know how long he lived in Obion County. Thanks Donald. Yes, that's the Cecil ROBEY, I believe, who was Ike's son. He died sometime in the past few years. Isaac Thomas "Ike" Roby and Cora Ethel Jones Roby were parents of Cecil J. Roby who died 30 Dec 2004 in Weakley County. Ike Roby's parents were Joshua Eppy and Mary P. Starkey Roby.
