Hello! FYI---"Larapin" has always been southern country slang for "Lappin' (g) good" much like the term "lap it up!" (referring to something tasting so good, that a person would "lap it up" much like a dog or other 4 legged creature would eat something down quickly and "lap" or smack it's chops, (or jaws). I am almost 62 years old, and I remember my grandmother, Gorder Gatewood, using this term when she was telling how good a recipe turned out from the oven, and I was under 5 years old when I first heard the term. I thought Inquiring Minds would like to know. ************************************** Get a sneak peek of the all-new AOL at http://discover.aol.com/memed/aolcom30tour
