The persons who expressed concern are not subscribers to the list. They will be waiting until tomorrow when the Weakley Co. Press comes out to see if the arrest report is published. If it is not a check with the public records can be made to see if an arraignment has actually occurred and if there is a court date set. Keep in mind that all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. This does not mean that arrest warrants, arraignments and other court proceedings are not open to the public and those proceedings may be spread about in any manner. The big question here is there a cover up and if so who and what is involved. I noticed that the last issue of the Dresden Enterprise was Aug. 8. As reported the Court arraignment was Aug. 6. This may have been too late for that edition to appear. None of the online versions of the papers include any of this information.
