I've gone to that library a couple of times. There is not a lot of parking there; what there is especially full on Saturdays. If you are staying at an area hotel which has a shuttle, I would suggest that you use it. We did, and it worked out very well for us. It did help that I had printed out a computer map showing where the State Library is. I think it is a place that the shuttle drivers are not usually asked to go. Good hunting.
