Joe, I think updating from v9.0 to the 2008 version is to big a jump. I've been using FTM for many years. I started with v3.0 or 4.0, and have updated just about every time a new version became available. Having worked with computers as a software specialist/analyst for many years, I learned that it is best to stay current with your upgrades. Be that as it may, I was looking through my software, and found that I still have my copy of FTM 2005. If you would like to have it I will be glad to send it to you. You might have better luck upgrading to it, than to 2008. If that is successful, then you might try updating from 2005 to 2008.
