Connie... I'm not sure where you are located or even if you are in TN...but I am in GA and was told at my library that they could not do out of state library loans. I was so disappointed. I know they have volunteers for look- ups in some libraries. In my opinion, it is the luck of the draw, if you get good library help. It is a shame people get burned out on doing their jobs. Elise, I live in a small town in AR and my local library has gotten microfilm for me through interlibrary loan from TN....no costs involved. Granted, it was not recently.... but a couple of years ago.
