A man born in 1805 would not normally serve in the Civil War. I do know of a blacksmith from Virginia that served at age 65 in an elite unit because he was supposedly the best at shoeing horses, making steel replacement parts and just general fixun stuff. ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
