Mary, I only know the names of the following siblings of Andrew Jackson Jones. 1. Sarah H. JONES, b. March 14, 1812, Wilson Co., TN; d. Mar. 5, 1884, Weakley Co., TN; Buried W. S. Scott Family Cemetery; Spouse: William Shank SCOTT; Children: Step-children: Rufus Franklin SCOTT, William Carroll SCOTT (and perhaps, George L. SCOTT). I don't know Sarah's marriage date to William Shank SCOTT so am not positive if George was Sarah H. Jones' child.) Children: Paralee R. SCOTT, William L. SCOTT, Stephen Preston "Toby" SCOTT, Benjamin E. SCOTT, Sarah Rebecca SCOTT, and Robert B. SCOTT. 2. Esperan Looney JONES, b. c1818; d. 1844, Weakley Co., TN (Said to have been buried, along with her mother, Rebecca, in Jones Family Cemetery which is not in existence now.) 3. Nercis P. JONES, b. c1820; d. 1844, Weakley Co., TN; Buried: Jones Family Cemetery (see above explanation) NOTE: I've always wondered if there was some sort of epidemic (flu, etc.?) in Weakley Co. since both of these young sisters died in Sept. of that year -- one on the 15th and one on the 6th. Of course, it could have been pneumonia or perhaps both had "consumption". I guess I'll never know, for sure. 4. Stephen F. JONES, b. c1823 (birthplace in 1880 census listed as KY??; d. Aft. 1880, Weakley Co., TN; Said to have been buried in Jones Family Cemetery(see #1 and #2 for explanation) Married Mary J. (maiden name unk.) Children: William Isaac Erasmus Pinckney, John W., Milona, Sarah, Stephen F., Ada, and Clarence L. 5. William T. JONES (mentioned in A.J.'s will) No other info. 6. Ada JONES (mentioned in A.J.'s will) No other info. In Wilson Co., TN, in the 1820 census, there were at least 4 men named William JONES (father of Andrew Jackson) listed as heads of household, I believe. I haven't gone back to my notes on that recently. I just remember that pinpointing which one was "mine", for sure, in that census, was difficult. Your David would certainly have been born in the right time frame and location to have been a sibling of my A. J., but this is pretty much all the info I have about his siblings.
