I have a Wilmouth Irby as my gr.gr. gr. gr grandmother! She was married to Benjamin Hall and they lived in Halifax county Va., next to Pittsylvania County, Va. Benjamin died in 1803 and Wilmouth in 1808, both in Halifax County. Their grandson, James H. Hall, moved to Weakley county circa 1840-45, became minister of Pleasant Hill church, located on Old Troy road. James H. Hall died in 1856 and became the founder of the Hall Family cemetery located on Parker Levee Rd., situated on the original Hall property. My Wilmouth Irby was the daughter of Anthony Irby, grand daughter of Joshua Irby and gr. grand daughter of the immigrant, Dr. William Irby. I know my Wilmouth must be kin to yours. Are any of the above facts familiar or relevant to your ancestry? pj Thompson wrote: > We are looking for burial place of Daniel CLEMENT that was married to > Wilmoth IRBY and they were the parents of > Nathan Glen CLEMENT b 22 April 1808 > Aaron C.
