I have heard frm Lee Cate, but she said nothing about the obituary, but my she has a load of files, and provides them so freely, which she did for me. Perhaps Martha Smith, will see this and look for the obituary for Elizabeth/ Bettie Reavis White, who died March 8, 1917, would be most grateful if she can, and would be glad to pay her for this service. Have seen some of her obits listed. She provides a wonderful service. Sometimes the obituary has the information needed to make a connection. Currently trying to locate Elizabeth/Bettie b1855 on the 1870 census. Her husband was there in Weakley for sure on the 1860 census, age 8, son of Joshua A. and Priscilla White, I believe. Might also mention here, that I found data on Louisa White who married Wm. Muran P. Reavis; she was born 1833 in Wake Co NC, which is where the Reavis and Parham families came from who settled in Weakley Co.. Her father was John Wortham White, mother Lacey Fowler d1835), her Aunt Louisa Fowler was John's second wife. But I still have not found WMPR or Louisa aft the 1880 census. The Weakley co list is very helpful in respect to queries, I for one, certainly appreciate the input.
