McFarlands and found a Leven in Logan Co. in 1840 the right age, with a wife and three daughters........one daughter young enough to have been Martha. His wife is in the right age bracket to have been Elizabeth as well. Then, in 1830, there is a Leven McFarland in Guilford Co., NC right age bracket to have been my Levin and his wife in right age bracket to be Elizabeth. There is one son and three daughters that would have been older than Martha as she was born November 28, 1838. Do you know where in North Carolina that your Matthew & Mary stemmed from?
