Joe, I don't know Zula's maiden name. According to the 1930 census, her birth date would be about 1893 and the marriage date would be around 1911. There is a Zula Wright on the 1910 census that's the right age and her occupation is teaching. I have a little write up about the New Salem School and Zula Parham is listed as one of the teachers. Without a marriage record, I don't know for sure, but since Clarence, his parents, his brother, and some sisters are buried in the New Salem cemetery, and some Parhams went to the New Salem school, I figure there's a chance Zula Wright is Clarence's wife. You are too good. I sent Joe the birth and death date of Zula. I have her Social Security index. It does not list her middle name though. Can you send me the write up. If i remember correctly Hettie Moss has a picture of the students at the New Salem school including some Parham children.
