Just curious. The name Avon French sounds familiar. Maybe lived on the Fulton-Mayfield Highway? Did he have a sister Olena French who was a Health nurse? Seems to me when I was in grade school there was a nurse who wore a blue uniform and I think that was her name.I also seem to remember there was a connection to the Paul DeMyer (mayor of Fulton) family.
