James Hazlewood James Hazlewood, 85, of South Fulton, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2010 at Haws Memorial Rehab & Nursing Facility in Fulton, Ky. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Thursday and then services will follow at the Parkway Church of Christ in Fulton with Bro. Cecil May III and Miles Mayo officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dukedom with Hornbeak Funeral Home of Fulton in charge of the arrangements. Hazlewood was born Dec. 13, 1924 in Weakley County, son of the late Horner and Esther Chappell Hazlewood. He was a World War II veteran of the United States Army. He had been the owner/operator of the former S. P. Moore, Inc. in South Fulton from 1962-1987 and a member of the Parkway Church of Christ. Survivors include wife of 64 years, Mrs. Mary L. Wall Hazlewood of South Fulton; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Kathy Hazlewood, Donald and Rita Hazlewood, all of South Fulton; three brothers, Tom Hazlewood of Jackson, Marshall Hazlewood and Leon Hazlewood, both of Martin; three sisters, Sara Wall of Fulton, Carol Fisk of Symsonia, Ky. and Kay Exum of Martin; three grandchildren, Jill Reeves of Springfield, Heather Cook of South Fulton, and Justin Hazlewood of Jonesboro; and four great-grandchildren, Austin Hazlewood and Alexis Cook, both of South Fulton, Garrett Reeves and Connor Reeves, both of Springfield. Tom Spellings officiating and Williams Funeral Hoe of Gleason in charge of the arrangements. Klutts was born Aug. 21, 1932 in Gleason, son of the late Robert P. and Myrtle Todd Owen Klutts. He was a truck driver. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Shelby Sawyers Klutts of Gleason; two sons, Myron Klutts and Dresden and Paul Klutts of Gleason; and one daughter, Melaynie Klutts Perkins of Gadsden. Rogers was born July 16, 1929 in Shock, W.Va. He was a veteran of the Army and Air Force.
