I have a recipe for green tomatoes that even I can't screw up. Unfortunately I don't have any tomatoes this year or I would be doing this. 1 gallon green tomatoes sliced...I prefer to use the small cherry tomatoes 4 onions sliced Bring to a boil 2 t salt 2 t celery seed 2 t mustard seed 1 t crushed red pepper 4 cups sugar I used Splenda the second time I made these but can't recall how much I used 4 cups vinegar Add tomatoes and onions and bring back to a boil. Cool. That's it. No canning. I put mine in an old gallon ice cream bucket and keep in refrigerator. Great on all kinds of beans.... Well, maybe not green beans. Mary Louise
