    3. James Franklin Latta Posted: Friday, September 10, 2010 4:04 pm James Franklin Latta, 76, of Martin, died Monday, Aug. 30, 2010 at Volunteer Community Hospital, Martin. Services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Adams Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Larry Reagan and Bro. Bob Copeland officiating. Burial was in East Side Cemetery with Gardner Funeral Home of Sharon in charge of the arrangements. Hal Adams, Tim Latta, Todd Latta, Stacy Owensby, Jim Pettit and Finis Wagster served as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers were T. W. Farmer, Richard Ferrell, Jerry Rogers, Brian Ferrell, Charles Pettit, Terry Robey and David Rogers. Latta was born Sept. 9, 1933 in Weakley County. He was a veteran of the United States Navy Reserves and a truck driver Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Norma June Latta of Martin; one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Penny Latta of Knoxville; three daughters and one son-in-law, Kellye Latta of Baku, Azerbaijan, Melody Prince of East St. Louis, Ill. and Elaine and Terry Robey of Martin; and two sisters, Diane Latta and Mary Anne Robertson, both of Martin; and one brother, Charles "Eddie" Latta of Martin. He was also preceded in death by two sons, Mark Ray Harrison and James Timothy Latta; and four sisters, Reva Jane Hendrix, Eunice Bell, Dorothy Ryan and Lavern Neiters. wcp 9John Ray Eudaley Posted: Friday, September 10, 2010 4:02 pm John Ray Eudaley, 55, of Dresden, died Thursday, Sept.. 2, 2010 at Henry County Medical Center, Paris. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel, Dresden with Max Speight officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery. Eudaley was born in Dyersburg, son of the late Joe and Joella Williamson Eudaley. He was a truck driver for Doyle Sims and Sons Trucking Company and a Mason of Dyersburg Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Theresa Shihady Eudaley of Dresden; one son, Greg Eudaley of Murfreesboro; two stepsons and one stepdaughter-in-law, Scott and Tammie Kincer of Jackson and Mike Kincer of Dresden; one brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Linda Eudaley of Dyersburg; and one grandson Sydney Kincer of Dresden. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Billy Eudaley. Services were held in Rockford. Mrs. Bell was born Sept. 13, 1928 in Martin, daughter of the late Herbert and Mildred Boyte. Survivors include her husband, Donald Bell of Winnebago; one son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Kris Bell of Rockford; one daughter and son-in-law, Kim and Dale Truesdale of Janesville, Wis.; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Hiram "Red" Boyte, James Boyte and George Boyte; and three sisters, Pauline Morris, Kathryn Vaughn and Sue Carroll Boyte. wcp 9/7/10
