On Scott Taylor's death certificate Asa Taylor is listed as his father and Mary Foy as his mother. Does any one have any idea of where the Foys and Taylors were about the time that Asa and Mary were Married? Louis W S Taylor was born Aug 29 1847 according to this document. This is the first document that I have seen, thanks to Kathy Marler that has shown the last name of Asa's wife Mary. Also, It is believed that Asa's father Was a William Taylor. Per a copy of a will that Kathy found. The will of Asa Taylor was stolen from the court house here in Randolph CO AR some many years ago. This is a very bad copy that was apparently copied before it went missing from Pocahontas court house. I miss spoke in an earlier email: I find Grissoms in Ripley CO MO. James Harvey Murrell was first married to Louisa Grissom in Ripley CO MO. So... does anyone have any information that would put the Foys and Taylors in touch about 1825 or about the time Asa and Mary would have been getting married?
