I would like to connect with anyone on this list who might be researching the ABERNATHY and RICKMAN families of Weakley County.  I am especially interested in the family of John Walter ABERNATHY and his wife Myrtle B. RICKMAN.  John Walter was born August 13, 1873 and died on August 18, 1963.  He is buried in the Tansil Cemetery near Sharon.  Myrtle was born November 9, 1875 in Weakley County and died on December 22, 1957.  She is also buried in the Tansil Cemetery.  Myrtle is the daughter of John Richard RICKMAN and Mary Ann Harper RICKMAN.   Please contact me at [email protected]  if you have a connection to these surnames.
