Richard there was another lynching in Ralston around 1878-80 when my GGG Uncle George Thomas was sheriff. Someone sent me information on a lynching that occurred when two men were dragged off a NC&St.L train when it stopped in Ralston for a water stop. The problem with AOL is hopefully over........Subscribe and all should be ok....... Amy is sort of in a holding pattern right now........still on the vent, in a light drug induced coma just so she can rest and rest good to let her little 100 pound soaking wet body work on rebuilding itself.........they did do a spinal tap today but don't expect to find anything.........they are leaning toward her heart being the problem now and the cause of the 2 strokes she has had........this is not 100 % yet but sure seem to be narrowing it down.......we need the continued prayers of everyone........thanks so much........pj

Well news is good I think tonight...........today she has opened her eyes.......she still has the tube in her so therefore can not talk but she does hand signs.......she got really excited and tried to reach for Tanner when they took him in to see her. They have sort of induced a light coma again and giving her medicine to reduce the swelling in her throat, etc so they can try to get the tube out tomorrow......that will be such a relief when that happens...........Please continue to pray for her........she is in need of many prayers.......it is going to be a long road ahead but she is alive and does not seem to have any brain damage which is a miracle.........thanks again..........pj
