I am hoping that someone may know who the parents of Emeline Banks (B. 3 May 1882 D. 24 Jan 1970) are. She married Spencer Newton Cummings. I was told by my mother in law that her brother was Tommy Banks. I don't have any other info on him except his name. I was also told that they their mother was a Reeves. Any help would help?
