Hello Teresa: I am subscribed to Ancestry.com, and I have checked there for parents of your Emeline Banks. Didn't find a whole lot but did find this: Sarah Emeline Banks, b. 1883 in Tennessee. (d) Collinwood, Wayne Co., Tn. (no date given) Daughter of: James Jason Banks (B) 1864) Md. Spencer Cummins Their children were: Garland Lincoln Ruth Sarah Elsie Prince Allen. I wanted to find them on the 1900 census for Wayne Co., Tn., but haven't yet. There were dates for the children, but I did not copy them. If you want them, I'll go back and copy. Hope this helps.
