Hi Jo Ann: Yes, Kandi Cooper is my daughter in law, wife of my son, Zack Cooper. I guess you are speaking of the article about some of the cosmotology students getting their liscense . She teaches at Central High School, Florence, Alabama. Kandi , was Kandi Mitchell before marriage and the granddaughter of Roscoe Balentine. So, she is related to you thru the Balentines.
