The Nancy Brewer who m. the Prater is not the Nancy Jane Brewer who m. Daniel and Danley. She moved back to Wayne Co., after her first husband, Daniel, died. Later she m. Danley and they are buried on Butler Creek in Wayne Co. If the Nancy, wife of Bozell Prater, was a Brewer, she was not likely to be related to any of the other families in Wayne Co. They lived in the 1st District between the Tennessee River and the Buffalo River. This is quite a distance from the other Brewers who lived in the county. There is only one Brewer family living anywhere near. They were in the 14th District S. of the 1st Dist. They were S.M. Brewer, 25; Ann 18; Martha 1; and John 80.
