I am descended from Rachel Turnbo and Mal Hardin and David L. Casey has Rachels date of death as 1903 on his Website. Since on Martha Ray Turnbo's Will lists her as deceased about 1886, what is the source for the 1903 date. Where is she buried and where is Mal Hardin buried.? Russ, I looked at my GEDCOM, and my source information would lead me to believe that I got that information from either the GEDCOM given to me by Steph Turnbo or perhaps Peggy O'Neal Jones, but I suspect the former. She (Steph) has a website link from my turnbo website at http://turnbo.casey-genealogy.com if you want to perhaps contact her or look through her site. To be honest, I have found a lot of errors in material received from her (sorry Steph!) but she means well, and it is her husband's genealogical lines after all... If you DO have confirmation that her death was earlier, I'd like to change my database/GEDCOM, so please let me know. In other words, you're probably more apt to be right than me on this person!
