Mornin Jason, Could you do a lookup for me? My 3X GGrandfather Franklin Davis was supposidly killed in the Civil War. According to family he was inducted into the southern army in Vandzant Co. Tx. He was married in 1850 to Francis Norman in Lawrence Co. Tn. After years of searching all I have ever been able to find was a Franklin Middleton Davis. He was supposed to have been sworn in with his brother-in law, Matthew M. Norman, 2nd Lt., Co. 1, 115 Texas Cav. Or if you could direct me to a website, would be good. Any shred of evedince would be better than what I've got. Thanks......Wanda Norman On Mon, 5 Aug 2002 22:46:23 -0500 "Jason Goodrich" <[email protected]> writes: > David: > > I have access to a lot of Confederate records and would be happy to > help > with the resources I have got.
