Kathy: Do you have STANFIELDs from Wayne Co.? My direct ancestors, James WEST 1786-1851, and wife Mary "Polly" STANFIELD 1790 - ca 1848, were in Wayne Co at the end of their lives. They apparently were very close to Polly's brother John STANFIELD. They lived near each other in Warren TN 1830 - 40, and Wayne TN 1850.
