James Madison BERRY was born somewhere in Tennessee on 7 May 1841, and died somewhere in Tennessee in 1874. I don't know where he was born or where he died, nor where he is buried. Rosannah BAKER was born 16 May 1842, in Wayne County TN to Solomon Hardy BAKER and Isabella ALLISON. Rosannah (Baker) BERRY died 20 Jul 1875 (don't know where she died), and she is buried in the Baker Family Cem., near her parents homeplace. Rosannah and James M. BERRY had three children (that I'm aware of).... Mary E. BERRY, born about 1868 (no other info) Rebecca Isabella BERRY born in Nov 1869 (no other info) 1880 Tennessee Census, Wayne County, Volume 4, ED 162, Sheet 8, Line 36, District #2. Belle BERRY and her 8 year old sister, MINNIE BERRY, were enumerated with their grandmother, Isabella BAKER, age 64. Minnie BERRY, born about 1872, and died about 1909. Minnie BERRY married George B. GRIMES 20 Nov 1894 (don't know where). George B. GRIMES was born about 1869 in Hardin Co., TN, and died sometime after 1943 in Wayne Co., TN. He is buried at the Baker Family Cem. After the death of Minnie (BERRY) GRIMES he married Dovie M. MORTON on 25 Dec 1911 in Hardin Co. TN. George & Minnie (BERRY) GRIMES had three children: James A. GRIMES, born about 1898 in Hardin Co. and died in 1966 in Madison Co. TN (not aware of actual dates or places of birth or death, nor burial). James A. GRIMES married Birdie TUBBS. and they had children: James GRIMES Ernest GRIMES a daughter (Mrs. William WARREN) a daughter (Mrs. Robert TRIMMER) Edgar GRIMES born about 1903 in Hardin Co. (don't know actual date of birth, death or burial dates or places). He married Gladys Marie BECKMAN on 26 Jul 1937 (don't know where married or any information about her. I've been told that EDGAR & GLADYS (Beckham) GRIMES resided in Madison Co., TN, and in Brighton (Tipton Co.), TN. Frank GRIMES, born 15 Mar 1905, in Hardin Co. (I have no other info on Frank). Frank, Edgar, and James GRIMES are my 2C1C. Their mother, Minnie (BERRY) GRIMES is my 1C2R. Minnie's mother Rosannah (BAKER) BERRY is my GG Aunt. Solomon Hardy BAKER and Isabella J.
