Richard, I have just learned that my Henry Simpson's parents died by 1817 as he was orphaned and indentured to a James McPherron, but released in 1818 if he left Greene Co., TN. Have you found any Simpsons that would fit this description. Henry was born in 1806. So the dates of their death would be between 1806 - 1817.
