Yes thats the same one. I am trying to check this Richard in Washington Co.TN to see if he had a son named Phillip since I have no indication that Phillip was in Wash. Co. VA. before he married Levina and he was not in the Personal Property Tax until 1789 so thought since Wash.Co, TN was close enough for him to have met Levina if he had lived there. And Phillip & Levina might have lived there until 1789. All the other Mintons in Wash. Co. VA in late 1700s married there except John so unless it was their second marriage then they would not be Phillips parent. I am checking out some Richards as a Possible father for Phillip since he named first son Richard. Where did you get the 1765 birth date for Phillip?
