I have a Richard Minton who was licensed to keep an Ordinary in 1781 in Washington Co. TN. Is anyone researching this Richard Minton? I am trying to find out if he had a son named Phillip. Would also like to know if he is in the Deeds index or Wills Index. Thank You Wanda
