John Henry Tipton was not listed, nor was Mary Jane Reagan. However, there are a lot of John/Jonathan's listed, but I couldn't find any that might match yours. Most of the Tipton information given is very early ca. 1730 - ca. 1850, with no descendant information listed past 1840. Interestingly though in the early material, "Major Jonathan Tipton married, first in Washington District, NC (Washington County, TN), Kezia, a daughter of Chrales Robertson. Keziah was the widow of Captain Robert Sevier, younger brother of General John Sevier. Robert was killed at King's Mountain." ... Major Jonathan Tipton migrated first to Buncombe County, NC then to Overton County, TN.
