    3. June, Thank you for searching and thank you for sending those you found. I have seen them and have copies, but I really thought Washington Co., TN was where Henry went after being release at age 12 from service to James McPherron with the understanding that he had to leave Greene Co., TN in 1818. Do you have any suggestions where to look for something that would show that he received land upon turning 21 in Greene Co., TN? I have gone through the minutes of the Greene Co., TN Court for 1827, 1828, 1829, & 1830 because it wasn't until 1830 when he was listed with 125 acres of land. I haven't found any Simpson will between 1806 and 1817 in Greene or Settlement.
