Hi List, Wondering if the PHILIP DAVIS in the Greene CO. TN tax rolls in 1783 is the same as the PHILIP DAVIS in the Washington CO. VA tax rolls in 1782 and 1784. Col. Arthur CAMPBELL of Washington CO. VA is listed as an early "settler" of Greene CO. Philip Davis was in Col. Campbell's precinct in Washington CO. VA. Any help appreciated. Nancy Helvey
