Greetings. I am looking for anything that might connect John PITCOCK to Thomas PITCOCK, both of who were in Washington Co. Tenn. John PITCOCK is mentioned in the book "Tennesseans before 1800-Washington Co" as paying taxes in 1793, 1794, 1797, and 1798. Thomas PITCOCK is in "Early Tennessee Tax Lists" as paying taxes in 1817 in Washington Co. Tn. I have copies of land deeds of John PITCOCK in 1803 selling land to Thomas HUNT at Boon's Creek. Also John PITCOCK selling in 1809 to Henry ISENBERG at Boon's Creek. Thomas PITCOCK sold land to Baltis HAMMER in 1800 at Little Sinking Creek. I have been told that after Thomas PITCOCK died that John PITCOCK moved on to Monroe Co. KY. John PITCOCK is my fourth great grandfather and that is where I end in the research of my line. Looking for "anything" that might tie these two together. Would enjoy also enjoy hearing where Boon's Creek and Little Sinking Creek are located now. I sent a check yesterday for the "History of Washington Co". Thanks! Gary Pitcock, Connecticut
