    1. Re: [TNWASHIN] Cemetery Books for Washington County, TN?

    3. "Washington County, TN, Tombstone Inscriptions Plus Genealogical Notes" by Charles M. Bennett and the Wautauga Ass. of Genealogists, Compiled by Loraine Bennett Rae, C. Loraine Bennett Rae, 1979, Nashville, TN. There are at least 3 vols. of this work. Check the TN and/or Washington Co. US GenWeb sites for further info. I do not know if you can still purchase these but recently I saw on one of these two named WEB sites (don't remember which) some listing from these books and prices for purchase of look-up info from them. I have copies of many pages from the 3 vols. but do not own the books and I have no index for what I have. I can do lookups only if the cemetery name and possibly page no. is given as it is too hard to do them otherwise.
