Yes, you have a point. At some point there has to be inbreeding because you run out of people (not enough people alive at the time). That is what we call an ethnic group. Some degree of common genetic heritage and shared physical traits.Common ancestry is OK (nothing wrong with it genetically). In the Bible they called them tribes - the Jewish people are an excellent example.
