Jan, The Barter Theatre is the Official State Theater of Virginia, established in 1933, located on Main Street, Abingdon, Va.. about 12 miles from the Tenn. line.. It is a nonprofit organization presenting live performances seven days per week.. I am a Charter Member of the Barter Storytellers but do not perform in plays produced there..
