Does anyone know if there are records of court proceedings in Wasington County in the 1840's? I want to see if there is record of my gggrandfather Elbert Anderson being bonded out to the John Tankersley family, sometime probably between 1844 and 1850 when Elbert was listed in the census as living with the Tankersleys.
