    3. Court Records is a broad category. They must be further defined - are they Court Minutes, Circuit Court, Chancery Court or Superior Court records? The Family History Library at: http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp lists the microfilmed Washington Co. records that they have. M.
