Hi List, According to two family histories I received from different family members Willilam Riley Akers and his second wife Sara Elizabeth Barnes along with their son Thomas Akers are buried in Centertown Cemetery. They were moved from French Cemetery to Centertown Cemetery by their John Riley Akers. In reading Ann Turner GEDCOM on the Akers family she lists Mary Eleanor McKnight, William Riley Akers's first wife as being Majors cemetery Book 1 page 161 the same book and page number as William Riley Akers and his second wife Sarah Elizabeth Barnes. My question is Mary Eleanor McKnight Akers actually buried in this cemetery or elsewhere? Also is there a French cemetery in Warren County and where is it located? Is their anybody on this list researching the family of William Riley Akers and his brother Campbell C. Akers and his wife Jane unknown who are listed on the 1860 Warren County, TN census?
