Hi Folks, I'm looking for info on Ansel Melton an early settler to Warren Co. of 1807 and he died in the newly formed Cannon Co. in 1842. I just posted his Will to the Cannon archives He is briefly mentioned in a book done in 1838, called "History of Cannon and Woodbury" does anyone have this book? I'd like to know what it says. Also does anyone have the actual 1820 census in book form and can tell me the number and ages of Ansel Meltons household? I'm seeking more on his elusive son Elijah/Elisha. thanks......Kathy...
