Where would I find provisions of this act and is this deed given due to military service of someone else? 2)Entry No. 6069-Am interested in finding original land grant pertaining to this entry to find out who originally owned the land. I GREATLY appreciate any help given. The State of Tennessee No. 11383 Page 417 To all to whom these presents shall come. Greeting Know Ye that by Virtue of Entry No. 6069 Made in the office of the Entry Taker of Warren County and entered on the 31 day of July 1854 pursuant to the provisions of an act of the General assembly of said State passed on the 9th day of January 1830. Thirs is Granted by the State of Ten- nessee unto J.B. and JESSEE SMITH a certain tract or parcel of Land containing Six Hundred and thirty four acres by survey bearing date the Ninth day of December 1852 lying in said County of Warren on the waters of the cany fork in civil District No. 11 Beginning on a stake and pointers the south east corner of WILLIAM WARMACKS. A. being the tract of Land that ANNA WARMACK now lives on and Running East with JOHN DAVISIS line and passing his corner and on with the WIDOW UPCHURCHES line in all Three hundred and twenty poles to a front oak. Thince north One hundred and eight poles to a hickory on a line of HENRY SUTTLE Deceased. Thince west with Said line four poles to a post Oak his corner. Thince North with his line two hundred and twelve poles to a Stake on CUNNINGHAMS line. Thince west with his line and passing his corner and on with NANCY GOODSONS line and passing her corner and on with the WIDOW ROBERTS line in all three hundred and Sixteen poles to pointers her corner. Thince South with her line and passing her corner and on with WARMACKS line in all Three hundred and twenty poles to the Beginning.
