    3. Betty, Would you have anything on Dr. James E. Arnett? I've been trying to find his death and burial information, with no luck. Possibly, he died in 1913 as I found a Deed which gives the final disposition of his property, names, etc. It only says he was "recently deceased" and was dated Aug. 1, 1913. I understand that there are no death records in Tenn. for 1913. He was a member of the Short Mountain Methodist Church and I found him on the membership roll, one son and some other family members are in the Gunter-Grizzle Cemetery. Apparently, he lived in Cannon and Warren counties during the year he was a physician in Tennessee. I do have some information about him and his family, but would, of course, like to find more, and do need to find out where he is buried, when he died, etc. His third wife, Rhoda C. Melton, is buried in Kerens in Navarro county, Texas. I recently found her, and she died in 1914. Thanks for the help. 3. Cecelia, According to Kristi Moffitt in the Warren County Heritage Book, " In the 1860 census, George and Sarah Grizzle are boarding Mr. James Arnett, MD., who is 26 years old. Their youngest daughter, Zany is now 15. That year Zany and Mr. Arnett married, which marriage proved to be short lived. Either Zany died very young or else divorced, since James is listed with a new wife and children by the 1870 census, and Zany is not found". The Grizzles attended the Short Mt. Meth. Church. Hope this helps.
