My missing ggggrandfather came from Kentucky and died in TN. He had 4 children by his first wife and she died about 1820. He then had a girl and a boy by a second wife before he died. I have dozens of pieces of information but can't tie my Martins to anyone. Would love to find other Martin male descendants to join the Martin DNA project. So far, my line seems to be a new one. I have so far been unsuccesful in finding the guardian(s) of my Martin orphans since we have a family Memoir that says they were "bound out". The step mother must have kept her own two children. Does anyone know when "Rock" Martin died? I suspect that the John Martin who died young, wife Sarah or Sally, and William "Rock" may have been related. *************************************************************************** This is an automatically-generated notice.
