Please remember this family in prayer.He was my great uncle. Carson S. Hayes, age 86, of Maryville, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the family home. Preceded in death by wife, Geraldine Hayes; parents, Robert and Laura Hayes; several sisters and brothers. Survivors include his daughters, Carolyn Hubbard and Janice Brantley both of Maryville; son, Sammy Hayes of Maryville; sister, Betty Hurst of Knoxville; grandchildren, Traci Young, Vince Buchanan, Kristi Hayes, Sammy "Bo" Hayes all of Maryville, Daren Brantley, and Chad Brantley both of Cleveland, TN; 9 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. Family and friends will meet 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2009 at Clark's Grove Cemetery, Rev. Paul Smith officiating.
