BALLINGER, DAVID MICHAEL - formerly of Jefferson County, went to be with the Lord April 15, 2009 at St Mary's Medical Center North. David proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Preceded in death by: father, Clifford C. Ballinger; brother, Darrell Ballinger; step father, George Dukes; grandparents, Reverend and Mrs. J. M. Whitt, and Mr. and Mrs. Ullyess Ballinger. Survivors left to cherish his memory: mother, Betty Whitt Dukes; son and daughter-in-law, Jacob and Chasity Ballinger; son, Lucas Ballinger; daughter and son-in-law, Heather and Frank Tittle; grandchildren, Dalton and Landon Tittle and Chloe Jade Ballinger; sister, Patti Grant; nephews, Zach and Nick Grant; mother of sons, Carla Ballinger; many aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends 6 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2009 at Cooke Mortuary in Maynardville, TN, with funeral service to follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Greg Long officiating.
