    3. BRADEN, STELLA CHESNEY, (Mrs. B) - age 84 passed away April 7, 2009 at Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care in Rutledge TN. She was a lifetime member of Nave Hill Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother and nannie to all who knew her. She was known to all her auction friends as Mrs. B. Preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James P (Jim) Braden, Sr.; grandson, Chris Braden; son-in-law, Edd Carmon; daughter-in-law Hilda Braden; her parents, Tom and Emily Chesney; brothers, Sam, Jim, Fate, Clyde, Nelson and Horace; sisters, Leona Campbell, Hattie Starnes, Bobbie Griffin, Mossie Perry, Nell Perry and Clara Kidwell. Survived by children: James P Braden, Jr. of New Tazewell, TN, Ann Carmon, Maynardville, TN, Jackie Braden, Knoxville, TN., Cecil (Dottie) Braden, of Sharps Chapel, TN, Sue (Rev. Jack) Walker of Corryton; grandchildren: Melissa (Phillip) Shockley, Marvin (Karen) Braden, Michael (Tonya) Walker, Matthew Walker, Daniel (Christy) Braden, Michelle (Rodney) Barnard, Chad and Robert Braden; great-grandchildren: Luke, Kaetyln, Makayla, and Gage Walker, Tyler Braden, Nathanie Barnard, Kelsey and Austin Colwell; several nieces and nephews and many friends. Extended family, and special thank you to Ridgeview Terrace Doctor, nurses, and staff for all their love and care that has been given to our loved one. Family will receive friends 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Services 2:00 p.m. Friday, at Cooke Mortuary, Maynardville, TN. Rev. Jack Walker and Rev. Jimmy Nicely officiating, Singers, Richard and Linda Nicely. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
