HAGGARD, RICHARD (CHESNEY) - age 38 of Halls, TN passed away on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 1:20 AM at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Richard enjoyed having his friends over and playing games with them. He also enjoyed being on the computer and swimming. He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Haggard. Survivors: mother, Ruby Haggard of Knoxville, TN; sons, Richard K. & Jacob C. Haggard of Halls, TN; brother: Steven Haggard & wife Sheila of GA; sister, Sherry of GA. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and a very special friend Candace Dillingham of Maynardville, TN and a host of friends. Richard's family will receive his friends on Friday May 1, 2009 from 6:00 -8:00 PM with his celebration of life following at 8:00 PM at the Halls Baptist Church, 7747 Andersonville Pike, Knoxville, TN, the Rev.
