The 1900 Census states he was in living in Louisiana with his wife Ida Mae Dempsey and there children. The 1910 puts him in Arkansas. He was born between 1863-1870 is my guess. He states that he & both parents were born in Tennesse. He was married around 1896 location unknown. I am assuming he died between 1914-1920. I found his wife and children in Arkansas 1920 Census, shows her as widow and their last child was born in 1913.
